Examine access to employment areas, schools, healthcare, public transport and daily services. Planned infrastructure can matter, but decisions should not depend only on announcements. Existing connectivity and neighbourhood maturity provide firmer evidence.
Calculate recurring costs, vacancy risk, maintenance and the time required to sell. Rental yield and capital appreciation are different outcomes and should be assessed separately.
